During the pandemic, we’ve never closed our doors.

When COVID-19 changed the world in the spring of 2020, Inova Staffing was already in the business of helping job seekers and employers navigate change. We continue to use our experience to stay ahead of changes so we can help individuals find new jobs and connect more companies with talent when they need it most.

Finding the right job—or the right hire—during COVID-19 has been a challenge for many. Luckily, Inova Staffing was built for times like these. During the pandemic, we have:

Organized drive-up job fairs—interviewing job seekers safely & quickly

Set-up video conference interviews when appropriate to further create a socially distanced hiring process.

Gone completely paperless—reducing physical contact wherever necessary

Our COVID-19 policy

We are committed to our employees, clients, and community. While we work hard to match extraordinary people with exciting career opportunities, our highest priority is the health and safety of everyone involved.

All branch locations are conducting phone interviews with candidates. In-person interviews are by appointment only. All visitors must wear a mask. Inova Staffing team members also wear masks. Appointment times are staggered to reduce the number of people in our offices. Our offices are cleaned and disinfected multiple times per day. We always maintain social distance while in the office. All paperwork is completed and signed electronically to reduce contact.

As COVID-19 conditions continue to change, we continue to monitor the situation and respond accordingly to serve you safely.
